How to play Trivia Fraud
- Write a fake. Everyone gets the same obscure trivia question. Make up a short answer that sounds believable.
- Find the truth. Pick the real answer from your friends’ fakes. You can’t vote for your own bluff.
- Expose the frauds. See who wrote every answer and who fell for it. Then do it all again.

Six questions by default. Highest total wins. No timer or googling. Just your best poker face.
Good questions.
How many people can play?
Bring 3–12 players. Everyone plays for themselves, including the host.
What if I actually know the answer?
You can submit it. A matching answer or accepted spelling locks in your correct vote for 1,000 points at the reveal. But you won’t have a fake to fool anyone with, so you miss out on the extra 500 points per player fooled. Writing a bluff lets you earn those points and still vote for the truth.
What if two people write the same fake?
We show it once. Both authors earn 500 points per person fooled, and neither can vote for their own answer.
What if my phone disconnects?
Your place, answer, and score are saved. The game waits for you to reconnect. Leaving intentionally removes your place.
